My journey

From the SPVM to Endurance

I began my adult life on the streets of Montreal — as a police officer with the SPVM. Discipline, composure, the instinct to protect people: everything I learned in uniform, I apply every day in real estate.

After transitioning into brokerage, I spent more than a decade at Royal LePage. There, I built a team ranked #1 in Canada and #1 in Quebec — Royal LePage 2024–2025, the President’s Club, Altitude level, and I won the A.E. LePage Award in 2022. In 2025, I founded Endurance Real Estate Group by Tardif under the eXp Realty banner to build something bigger — a team rooted in the field, not in a corner office.

“Endurance isn’t speed. It’s consistency. In real estate as in running, the one who can go the distance wins.” — David Tardif

Today, Endurance brings together more than 15 brokers covering the corridor along Montreal’s Green Line. In February 2026, I launched the Tardif Index — a weekly indicator that gives my clients and the public a factual decision-making tool on the state of the market.

In addition to the Tardif Index, David Tardif is also the holder of the Acheteurs Qualifiés™ program, a trademark — application filed with CIPO.

Beyond brokerage

The man behind the broker

Hyrox athlete
The name Endurance is no coincidence. I train for Hyrox competitions — a mix of running and functional fitness that demands exactly what real estate demands: preparation, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Family man
I have a teenage son and a daughter who plays competitive soccer. My family is my non-negotiable priority. They keep me grounded and remind me why I do this job — to help families like mine find their home.
circle-dot
Verdun resident
I don’t sell the Sud-Ouest from a suburban office. I live here. I walk Wellington Street in the morning, I run along the canal, I know the shop owners, the streets, the quiet corners and the lively ones. When I tell you I know the neighbourhood, it’s because it’s mine.
