Does this service cost the seller anything?
The initial consultation and match search are free and without obligation. If the transaction closes through the program, the usual brokerage fees apply. You save the costs of a public listing.

Yes. Your address and personal information are never shared without your explicit consent. Your Endurance broker presents your property in an anonymized way to the Qualified Home Buyer™ until you agree to a private showing.
How are Qualified Home Buyer™ verified?
Each Qualified Home Buyer™ must: (1) sign a formal brokerage contract, (2) provide a mortgage pre-approval letter or confirmation of funds, (3) document clear search criteria.
Does the program work outside Montreal?
Yes. The program covers the Island of Montreal, Laval, the South Shore, and the North Shore — Greater Montreal. Coverage evolves based on active Qualified Home Buyer™.
What happens if no Qualified Home Buyer™ matches?
If the initial search does not produce a match, your Endurance broker can proceed with a full listing with professional photos, a 3D virtual tour, and distribution on Centris. The program is a complementary first step.
How do I become a Qualified Home Buyer™?
Contact an Endurance broker for a qualification meeting. Once the brokerage contract is signed and your mortgage pre-approval is provided, you become a program member and receive personalized alerts.
